The BoNT/A lip flip is a minimally invasive alternative using a small amount of BOTOX® to gently relax the muscles around the upper lip, causing it to roll slightly outward and appear fuller—without adding volume. It's an excellent option for patients who want a subtle enhancement, prefer to avoid fillers, or want to amplify the effect of their filler results. The lip flip takes just a few minutes and results last approximately 2–3 months.
