Implant-Supported Dentures
Implant-Supported Dentures
Stable, Secure Dentures Supported by Implants
Implant-supported dentures provide a life-changing upgrade for patients who are missing all or most of their teeth.
Traditional dentures can sometimes lead to embarrassing moments – slipping at the wrong time, and are often cumbersome with messy adhesives. Our implant-supported dentures provide you with the stability and comfort you deserve.
Your dentures will snap into strategically placed implants, so you can bite and chew with confidence that your teeth are staying in place. You don't have to worry about them slipping and sliding, and they are less bulky than traditional dentures. The implants also stimulate your bone, so you don't have to worry about bone loss. This preserves your facial structure over time.
Implant-Supported Denture Process
Consultation & CT Planning
We use 3D imaging to evaluate bone density and plan optimal implant placement positions for maximum stability.
Implant Placement Surgery
2-6 implants are placed in your jawbone (typically 4 for full arch). Some patients receive immediate temporary dentures the same day.
Healing & Osseointegration
Over 3-6 months, implants fuse with your jawbone. You may wear a modified conventional denture during this period.
Abutment & Attachment Placement
Special abutments are attached to the implants, along with clips or bars that will secure your denture firmly.
Final Denture Delivery
Your custom implant-supported denture is delivered and snaps securely onto the implants, providing stability without messy adhesives.
Advantages of Implant-Supported Dentures
No Slipping or Clicking
Dentures snap securely onto implants, eliminating embarrassing slipping, clicking sounds, or worry about dentures falling out while eating or speaking.
Eat Normally Again
Restore up to 70% of natural biting force compared to 25% with traditional dentures. Enjoy steak, apples, corn—foods you've avoided for years.
No Messy Adhesives
Say goodbye to denture creams, pastes, and glues. Implant dentures stay secure without messy, unpleasant-tasting adhesives.
Prevents Bone Loss
Implants stimulate the jawbone, preventing the progressive bone shrinkage that causes traditional dentures to fit poorly over time.
More Comfortable Design
Upper dentures don't need to cover the roof of your mouth, improving taste, reducing gagging, and making eating more enjoyable.
